Thanks for the response. I’m on with Norton support and man they make me nervous. It’s a customer service center in India with a ton of chatter in the background. Almost doesn’t sound legit, but at best, this is very unprofessional for Norton.

I am in IT, Norton web site stuck on renew and renew at this high price. Cannot remove the add-on and hopefully would have reduced the renewal amount. Need help removing this add-on and hopefully seeing a refund. If this “new” subscription amount stays will be switching to another AV service after decades of using Norton.
