Holland America Line. Koningsdam Alaska cruise review 6/17-6/24. After relying on the CC boards so much as I planned our trip, I want to pay it forward by sharing our experiences on our Alaskan cruise aboard HA's Koningsdam. We were a group of 6, ranging from 40-80 in age, and everyone had cruised before, although not with Holland America.

One week prior to sailing, we received an upgrade offer for $799/pp to a Neptune or $499/pp to a Vista. That was more than we wanted to pay, so we made an offer of $499/pp for a Neptune. That offer was rejected by HAL. We were set to sail on Sunday and still had no assignment.
