Found out the identity of the sender, contacted sender, and make alternative arrangements. I chose call-back option and got a call back within 10 minutes.

Your best bet is to contact the shipper of the package, and have them start setting fires under butts. You have to contact the shipper. They are the ones who have to help you.

When it gives you options ask for "shipping information" then say "I want to speak to an agent". 3 methods: Speak the word Agent. say it three times for best results. Dial the number 0. Three times for best results. Speak the words "help me with a shipment". You may need to give the computer your tracking number.
