Technology Park Malaysia. Technology Park Malaysia ( TPM) is a science park located in Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia for research and development of knowledge-based industries. [ 2] Its total land area of 750 acres (3.0 km 2 ), comprises 13 buildings each with specific functions. It is in phase 1 of implementation.
It was opened in 1996 and is Malaysia's first high-tech industrial park. [2] The park, a key component in the nation's plan to be fully industrialised by 2020, is operated by Kulim Technology Park Corporation Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of the Kedah State Development Corporation (Malay: Perbadanan Kemajuan Negeri Kedah).
