So basically whenever I try to load Minecraft in any form of modded eg. just using forge or neoforge with no mods, It will crash instantly giving Exit Code 1. However if I load vanilla Minecraft its fine. Please help me, I have been pulling out my hair for the last 4 hours just trying to solve this.

Ive recently installed the "Better Minecraft Forge 1.16.5" modpack on Curseforge, but it keeps crashing on startup, im not sure why since the server ive made with the server pack starts up without any problems.
