Service 'Intel Bluetooth Service' (ibtsiva.exe) could not be installed. Verify that you have sufficient privileges to install system services. Previous to upgrading to Windows 10 the Intel driver update utility upgraded the bluetooth drivers several times without problems. I tried to manually run the installation as Admin but that didn't help.

Hello, I upgrade to Windows 10 and I can't get my Bluetooth drivers installed. The wireless adapter is a Wireless-n 2230.
Both notebooks had no problems with Windows 10 1909 and the driver for WiFi (PROSet version = 21.10.1, driver version = 18.33.17.1) and Bluetooth (package version = 21.10.1, driver version = 20.100.5.1). Only with the update from Windows 10 to the current version 2004 (Build 19041.508) there are problems in operation.
