Looking at their points system, it's effectively 5% on store purchases, 3.3% restaurants, and 1.7% gen spend. The "old" rule for Commenity backed cards was that it can take 9 months for an initial CLI and then YMMV after.

I applied for the card in store, got a letter to verify info. Then was approved for 1,000 Visa card. I thought it was a denial. I only have. 300.00 credit one card (unsecured), and a car note. My credit score is still below 600.
