in photoshop: Once they are both open, go to the tab with your alpha channel and select all (cntrl + A) Copy the alpha (Cntrl + C) Then Navigate to the “Channels” window for your color map and select the + symbol on the bottom. right. This will add your alpha channel to the color map.
Its quite difficult for me to see why without seeing your side but the way I do it is: A get an image with a constant-ish background e.g. maxresdefault 1280×720 33.6 KB. Use the magic tool and then set to global (blue cloud up top) and change tolerance: image 1920×1030 176 KB. Hit delete: image 1447×803 57.6 KB.
Usually, a t-shirt that is not transparent, ends with a “.jpg”. The squares in the background means it is transparent. If it’s white, it is NOT transparent. Simply remove the white, then it should get the squares instead. So if you wish to make it a png (transparent), put a “.png” at the end of the name. Thank you very much.

Like fungibot said, you can go to Create on the ROBLOX website and create a decal of a border. Make sure the image is PNG. Then put it as an imagelabel into textlabel an make background transparency to 1. and then it should border the textlabel if you set the side to 1,0,1,0.

Put your image in here (Transparent Image Maker) to make the background transparent. It works best with white backgrounds, but if you change it to black it should also work. Just download it and you can use it. Then in studio, make sure to set the background transparency to 1. 1 Like.
