  2. The Air Force is using Brown thread as the primary color for Badges. Perhaps Civil Air Patrol could use Blue thread on OCP for everything: NAME, CIVIL AIR PATROL, Rank and Badges. The only issue might be the 2LT and MAJ ranks. One thought might be to edge the Brown 2LT bar and MAJ oak leaf with Blue thread.
