Exact same repeating issue. Brand new keyboard. I found something that helps 98% of the time. Go to Control Panel\Hardware and Sound\Device and Printers Right click on Razer BlackWidow V4 Pro. Click on Keyboard Settings. Then click on the “Speed” tab. You will see sliders for Repeat delay and Repeat rate.

TheDrLamb If you go into Synapse, then go to keyboard you should see an image of your keyboard, you can click on the buttons and reconfigure them. When you click on the volume wheel you should see Volume Up, Volume Down, and Mute, simply change either Volume Up or Down to the other and the wheel will be Unidirectional control.
