Even though I've updated Scripthook and all that stuff you need. Not even the Simple Trainer is working and I just get the default game. I'm extremely confused as to why nothing works since from what I understand everything has had time to update to the latest GTA 5 update now.

Try a clean install and then add 1 mod in at a time until you come across one that causes the problem and check if it has an update.
