Looking at Network Solutions from a customer support angle, they provide some of the worst documentation and generously lack in Customer Support Excellence to provide their customers with quality service and support. Created on September 6, 2023. Microsoft 365 Outlook (v2307 build 16.0...) won't accept Network Solutions recommended email server settings. Network Solutions recommends for Outlook/Windows the following settings: netsol-imap-oxcs.hostingplatform.com port 993 using StartTLS. netsol-smtp-oxcs.hostingplatform.com port 587 using StartTLS.
The email does register in the 'Sent' folder of my business account, so I know it got the right response from the SMTP server. Receiving works fine, however.
