I am going to say Silas Young. The Last Real Man gimmick is reminiscent of Austin to a degree. It would be fun to see him feud with James Storm or Bully Ray.
ROH had a pretty good, but limited roster before the hiatus. The Briscoes (if no AEW), Rush, Dragon Lee, Bandido, Jonathan Gresham, Shane Taylor Promotions, Flamita and Josh Woods are all guys who would be worth bringing back. If ROH gets a TV deal of note, they then need to think about adding some real name value.

Colt Cabana has his podcast that he sells advertising on. And all indy guys have their Pro Wrestling Tees shop as well. Cabana has said that he takes quantity over quality with his bookings.

MJF should host his own talk show like The Miz in WWE has Miz tv, Kevin Owens has The Kevin Owens Show etc. They need to find a way to get him on tv more and highlight his personality more because it's obvious that he's the best promo guy in the company.
