***ATTENTION: Public Act 102-237 amended the Firearm Owners Identification Card (FOID) Act to create the Firearm Owners Identification Card Review Board (FCRB). Effective January 1, 2023, certain appeals must be filed with the FCRB and not with the Illinois State Police Director.
