I had this issue with multiple users when they were running new teams version on the app and trying to run original teams on the web. As well as vice versa. Make sure you are using both new teams apps & new teams web link or original teams apps and and original teams web link. They are different. If mis matching, teams on the web will never load.

Hi Team, Would it be possible to login to Microsoft Teams Personal Account on the Desktop Application. I have downloaded the Desktop Application & tried to login over and over without being able to do so, however, I have successfully singed in on both IOS App & the Website.
