   As I discussed with my colleagues, you could use a unattend file to create an admin account during deployment as I told you. If you are using WDS for the deployment, then you can create an image unattend file and place it under \RemoteInstall\Images\<imagegroup>\<imagename>\Unattend\ImageUattend.xml.
