Fitting charge (removal of existing and installation of new) £148.56. Both prices are inclusive of VAT (Value Added Tax - so remove 20% if you are a business that can claim VAT back). This is from the Tesla Service Centre in Milton Keynes, UK.

Doubt it would drop due to loss of Fed Tax Credit. Tesla just raised the price by $500 this month. More likely when they start using the new battery chemistry that promises to be longer lasting and cheaper to make. Tesla patents new chemistry for better, longer-lasting and cheaper batteries - Electrek.

My Tesla Model 3 Performance minus, ordered as soon as the web page opened in Australia (Delivered to me Oct 2019) now needs the 12V Lead Acid Low Voltage Battery replaced. Tesla have advised me not to drive the car until its replaced. Apparently as its within the 4 year warranty period they will replace it for free.
