The game must be SRAM patched before using this program. The patch will trigger a countdown lasting a few seconds whenever the game writes to SRAM.
Zense said: You could try GBARunner2. Just make a folder called _gba on your sd card and put the gba bios there (don't ask where to get it). The bios should be named. You can find instructions on GBARunner2's gbatemp wiki. Just google it. Gba game backups can go anywhere on your sd card except the _gba folder you made.

I recently discovered that i can replace my gba 369in1 cartridge's games by using GBABF tool on the ds lite to flash other games instead those listed in the cartridge's menu. The included games initialy can save batteryless, but the major problem is that when you flash a new game on this bootleg, it can't save.

Nonetheless effort is being put out to make TWLight display GBA box art even though there's currently not much reason to browse GBA roms within TWLight as you can't launch them. That's why I wondered if there were plans to eventually be able to select a GBA rom within TWLight and have it boot up GBARunner 2 with that rom.
