While searching email in Outlook 2016, there is limit to search results. The results are limited to 250 only. How can I remove this limitation or increase the limit. reading the other forums, I remove the check next to > File > Search > Results > Improve search speed by limiting the number of results. This didnt help.

The problem I have is sending email from staff to students using Outlook. Whenever any member of staff uses an Outlook address lists to lookup and send an email to student it fails. However, sending an email to students through the OWA Address Lists works fine.
