    When I booted my machine, the Outlook client started by deleting all the emails in my inbox and then the items in Deleted Items. Outlook warned that items were being permanently deleted, but I couldn't click "No" inside the notification. I killed Outlook with Task Manager and shut down my machine. At the same time, I put my iPhone in Airplane mode.

    Ive logged in every way possible. I noticed it first through the mail app on my iphone so then I logged in through the phone’s web browser. Still gone. When i tried on my laptop web browser it was the same story. Inbox messages were all gone but all subfolders (including trash and junk mail) were fine.
