Ok so I just went through the steps again but with the venom flasher aswell. 2. fastboot flash boot.img taken from the viper x rom itself. Did you take it out of the Rom again, just now, and then flash the ROM and boot.img? 2. Fastboot flash boot boot.img then erase cache then in recovery wipe data cache dalvik then install rom from recovery.
