That picture is not from the installation of Visual Studio, that's just the installer for the 2015-2019 vc++ runtime. The download at that link is only for the redistributable unless you have a retail subscription.
First, scroll on down to the section for Visual Studio versions 2015, 2017, 2019, and 2022, and give a click to the link that matches your system's architecture (either x86 or x64). Once your download is done, just double-click that file you grabbed to kick off the installer.
I've been using visual studio 2019 community edition for about 3 month. Now it tells me your license has expired. Isn't the community edition meant to be free? I have tried signing out and signing in. Check for an updated license doesn't work. I am not using any proxy and network connection is also stable.
I think the problem is here, when I upgrade to windows 11, it only installed "Microsoft Visual C++ 2017 Redistributable (X86)", not "Microsoft Visual C++ 2015-2022 Redistributable (x86)". I am running Visual Studio 2019 Community Edition on my machine running Windows 7 64-bit. My VS2019 says my license will expire in 7 days. I've tried to update it for weeks. When I click "update my license" OR I go to account settings from within VS2019, I get presented with a menuless window allowing me to login to my Microsoft account.

What did work is that i uninstalled all of my C++ red. programs from the control panel AND deleted all of the folders that had something to do with visual studio. Then i started the 2015-2019 pack and it worked. Weird solution but everything works perfect now! Thank you for your time!
