This does NOT help those of us that have purchased DOZENS of Movies/TV from Microsoft who DON'T live in the USA. MoviesAnywhere is not available to us non 'Americans'. WE NEED an alternative option, like a native Android APP. I mean you have the Microsoft Duo Phones and they can't even watch their movies/TV.

I've never seen Movies & TV app not be fixed by either the apps fixes or Windows fixes. Did you do the last-resort Repair Install which reinstalls Windows while keeping your files, apps and most settings in place, brings it up to the latest version and solves most problems.
