The Georgia Court of Appeals has agreed to review former President Donald Trump’s application to appeal Judge Scott McAfee’s ruling to keep embattled Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis on the case.
The Georgia Court of Appeals on Wednesday halted all proceedings in Trump’s RICO case until the court rules on the effort to disqualify Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis. “The proceedings below in the Superior Court of Fulton County are hereby stayed pending the outcome of these appeals,” the order read.
