Oct 12, 2016. Hi all. I have been trying to clean up my system using "Creative cloud cleaner tool". Even after several attempts, I am unable to clean one file related to the illustrator. The moment i select the file and click on Clean all or cleanup selected, the dailogue box closes without taking any action.
