Each scan corresponds to one file. "One file per page": Each individual page scanned gets its own file. "Separate files by Patch-T": Whenever a Patch-T code is scanned, a new file is started. Patch-T. Patch codes are pages with barcodes on them that can be recognized by scanning software.
