emails disappeared. All of my emails from 2/16/23 to this morning have disappeared from my Comcast email account. They are not in the trash, they were not deleted. They were in my inbox and now they are gone except for anything in the 2 hours. Any help is appreciated.
Go to https://comca.st/2YHGl0d and log in with your email address and password. Go to the mailbox by clicking on the Email tab. Right-click on the Trash folder or click on the More Actions icon (three lines) next to the trash folder, then select Recover Deleted Items. Select the messages to be restored, then click Move Selected Items.
They are simply NOT being received. At all. This issue is not uncommon actually. And receiving authentication emails are either very delayed (received 30 minutes overdue) or simply don't arrive at all. I don't know what is going on with the servers, but someone has not done their due diligence like the techs at Microsoft or Google do.
Email inbox suddenly empty, all folders. Yesterday, all of the emails in my inbox disappeared, along with all the emails in all of the subfolders. I did not delete them and did not delete them through a third party system. They are not in the deleted or trash folder. I am also not getting any new emails but I am able to send email.
